执着爱心公益的湖南农村伢子吴浩

由共青团湖南省委主办的2016年第三届“向上向善湖南好青年”颁奖典礼在湖南省青少年活动中心举行，共青团湖南省委书记、党组书记汤立斌出席，并为来自各个行业和领域的20名模范践行社会主义核心价值观的优秀青年颁奖，为深入贯彻落实关于青少年培育践行社会主义核心价值观、培养严和实的品德的系列重要要求，团省委于2016年10月至12月开展了争做“向上向善湖南好青年”主题活动。自启动以来，全省各级团组织积极开展典型推选工作，共推报了210名省级候选人（团队）。通过各级团委推荐、公众投票、评委会专家投票等环节，最终评选出皓格集团总裁吴浩、歌手演员张艺兴、映客创始人奉佑生等20人（团队）为第三届 “向上向善湖南好青年”。

In October 2016, the third "Upward and Virtuous Hunan Good Youth" award ceremony, hosted by the Communist Youth League of Hunan Province, was held at the Hunan Provincial Youth Activity Center. Tang Libin, Secretary of the Communist Youth League of Hunan Province and Secretary of the Party Group, attended the ceremony and presented awards to 20 outstanding young people from various industries and fields who have set an example in practicing the core socialist values. In order to further implement the series of important requirements for young people to cultivate and practice the core socialist values and to develop strict and practical moral qualities, the Communist Youth League of Hunan Province launched the "Be an Upward and Virtuous Hunan Good Youth" themed activity from October to December 2016. Since its launch, youth organizations at all levels in the province have actively carried out the selection of typical candidates, and a total of 210 provincial candidates (teams) were recommended. Through the recommendation of youth leagues at all levels, public voting, and voting by the jury of experts, 20 individuals (teams) including Wu Hao, president of Haoge Group, singer and actor Zhang Yixing, and Feng You, founder of Inke, were finally selected as the third "Upward and Virtuous Hunan Good Youth".

教育扶贫

吴浩自2006年起持续资助近千名留守儿童，覆盖其从小学至大学的教育费用、学习及体育用品，并亲力亲为参与帮扶活动。他注重教育公平，筹建希望小学；关爱湖南平江县老红军活动捐款数十万，同时通过联合国儿童基金会等平台扩大公益影响力。

Since 2006, Wu Hao has continuously sponsored nearly a thousand left-behind children, covering their educational expenses from primary school to university, as well as learning and sports supplies. He has actively participated in assistance activities himself. Wu Hao focuses on educational equity and has established a Hope Primary School. He has also donated hundreds of thousands of yuan to support activities for old Red Army soldiers in Pingjiang County, Hunan. Furthermore, he has expanded the influence of public welfare through platforms such as the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF).

He founded the "Haoge Public Welfare" brand and initiated the Public Welfare Spring Festival Gala, focusing on vulnerable groups. He has been repeatedly honored with titles such as "Ambassador of Love," "Public Welfare Star," and "Public Welfare Person of Songjiang District, Shanghai." In 2024, he was awarded the title of "Public Welfare Star of Jiaxing City," demonstrating the long-term and systematic nature of his public welfare practice.

其技术突破（如无汞环保传感器）不仅打破国际垄断，还在疫情期间助力熔喷布生产，解决口罩材料短缺问题。智慧消防等物联网解决方案则通过技术创新提升公共安全。

During the pandemic, he facilitated the production of melt-blown fabric, addressing the shortage of mask materials. Meanwhile, through technological innovation, he enhanced public safety with Internet of Things solutions such as intelligent fire protection.

As the founder of Shanghai Haoying, Dynisco China, Haoge Group, and GRAEFF (Graef) China, Wu Hao has expanded his business into fields such as sensors, Internet of Things, film and television, technology, and angel investment. 主导HogoGroup对英国GRAEFF（始于1930）的全资收购（2024年），并担任GRAEFF（格拉夫）总裁，推动其技术本土化转移，强化全球市场布局，此前，他通过和全球500强上市美资美国Roper集团的并购创建美资Dynisco中国公司，建立Dynisco中国工厂并研发ECHO系列传感器，被誉“熔体压力传感器创新模式及Dynisco ECHO之父”。

In 2024, Wu Hao led Hogo Group's acquisition of the British company GRAEFF (founded in 1930) and became the president of GRAEFF (Graef). He has been actively promoting the localization of its technology and strengthening its global market layout. Previously, he had created the American Dynisco China Company through a merger and acquisition with the US-based Fortune 500 company Roper Group. He established the Dynisco China factory and developed the ECHO series of sensors, earning him the title of "the father of melt pressure sensor innovation model and Dynisco ECHO."

参与审定和起草数百项国家行业标准法定规程（如JJF 1789-2019压力变送器标准），研发国内首款无汞环保熔体压力传感器及全球首款AI智能高温熔体压力传感器，推动中国传感器行业升级，打破国际垄断。

He has participated in the review and drafting of hundreds of national industry standards and legal procedures (such as the JJF 1789-2019 Pressure Transmitter Standard). He has also developed China's first mercury-free environmentally friendly melt pressure sensor and the world's first AI intelligent high-temperature melt pressure sensor. These achievements have driven the upgrade of China's sensor industry and broken the international monopoly in this field.
