At this exhibition, GRAEFF will focus on real-world production scenarios in textile and chemical fiber manufacturing, presenting intelligent sensing and control solutions tailored for the full production processes including chemical fiber spinning, spinning & weaving, printing, dyeing and finishing. We help textile enterprises achieve precise measurement & control, stable production, energy conservation and efficiency improvement.

  • Core monitoring components for chemical fiber melt spinning. Precisely measure high-temperature melt pressure at extruders, melt pumps and spinnerets. Real-time feedback enables adjustment of production parameters to prevent melt blockage or fiber deformation, ensuring stable spinning and consistent fiber quality.

  • Custom-engineered for critical equipment including melting furnaces, heat setting machines and spinning boxes. It reliably monitors process temperature under high-temperature and high-humidity conditions, precisely locking in the process window to improve the consistency of fiber properties and optimize energy consumption.

  • Accurately meter chemical fiber solutions and process fluids, interlock to control delivery speed and dosage, ensure uniform fiber diameter, and provide process support for the refined production of differentiated and functional fibers.

  • Applied to positioning control of components such as spinnerets, winders and draw machines. It corrects positioning deviations in real time to reduce filament breakage and fuzz, improving production efficiency and yield of filament yarn.

  • Seamlessly linked with various sensors to build a closed-loop control system. It enables real-time parameter analysis, intelligent decision-making and precise execution. Compatible with mainstream equipment such as texturing machines, extruders and spinning machines, facilitating the digital upgrading of textile production.

  • Pressure monitoring covering spinning boxes, delivery pipelines, hydraulic and pneumatic systems. It delivers accurate data support for dynamic pressure regulation to ensure smooth operation of production processes.

  • Monitors differential pressure before and after filtration systems and heat exchange equipment. It gives timely early warnings for filter clogging and pipeline leakage to avoid unplanned shutdowns and reduce maintenance costs.

  • Achieves precise liquid level control for raw material storage tanks, coolant circulation systems and additive mixing tanks. It meets the requirements of "precise batching and standardized management" to guarantee standardized production.
