The square shank with pipe thread screws horizontally into a tapped hole. The gage can be disassembled for installation in very tight places.","This brass elbow gage features a 1\/2 diameter glass sight protected by a shield. The shield can be revolved to the most convenient position for viewing or taken off completely for cleaning. A protected vent hole in the cap reduces the possibility of dust, dirt, or moisture getting inside the gage. The gage uses only atmospheric pressure. A Teflon washer reduces friction between the cap and the glass during installation and adjustments. Buna-N seals are used.
