Piher MTS-360 Contactless Sensors combine a through-shaft design with 360º absolute position feedback in an ultra miniature size. The result is a 6mm x 17mm x 18mm fully featured rotary sensor with reliability up to 50 million cycles. These sensors can be integrated directly on a PCB without the packaging issues typically associated with encoders or other absolute position devices. The exceptionally low profile fits easily in places previously too small for pre-packaged rotary sensors.
