Sensirion SHT3x Series offers their next generation of temperature and humidity sensors. The SHT3x series contains a low cost version SHT30, and a standard version, SHT31. SHT3x series thus combines multiple functions and various interfaces with a user-friendly and very wide operating voltage range of 2.4 to 5.5V. The SHT3x series also has increased intelligence, reliability and improved accuracy specifications compared to its predecessor. Its functionality includes enhanced signal processing, temperature and humidity that can be read out at different pins. The DFN package has a footprint of 2.5 x 2.5mm while keeping a height of 0.9mm.
