Murata Electronics MEMS Evaluation Units demonstrate the functionality and key properties of Murata MEMS Sensors. The Murata MEMS Evaluation Units allow for easily testing the performance of Murata MEMS Accelerometers, Gyroscopes, and Inclinometers. The Murata Digital Accelerometer and Gyroscope Sensors are connected to the evaluation board with a chip carrier PCB or by using an external interface board. A highly accuracy A/D converter is included.
