The experts voted, and Baumer was successful once again. Also in 2025, two latest product innovations won the "Product of the Year" award: NexSonic ultrasonic sensor UF200 and the Baumer SWIR cameras CX.SWIR.XC. Chosen by readership of the trade magazine Computer & Automation, Baumer won 1st place (UF200, sensor technology category) and 2nd place (SWIR cameras, image processing category), cementing Baumer at the top of the list of automation specialists.

Having received multiple awards, UF200 features the unique NexSonic Technology and is the latest newcomer to the large Baumer Toolbox of ultrasonic sensors. With NexSonic, sensor solutions expert Baumer has developed a measurably better ultrasonic technology and further strengthens technological leadership.

The new Baumer SWIR cameras CX.SWIR.XC feature an unprecedented level of precision for inspection tasks in the infrared spectral range. The crucial factor for such high precision is the patented thermal camera design.
