• Organize the problem solving for customer complaint or other NC with proper quality tools and reporting.• Organize MRB, following up NC report, ane its closing.• Organize internal improvement activities with regards to quality.• Quality management on new project.• Participate in the internal audits (system, process, product) and change management• Support maintaining QMS to run effectively and efficiently.• Provide training on inspection instruction and other quality related issues.• Responsible for customer portals with regards to quality issues.• Perform other projects and tasks as requested by management.• Continuous Improvements, Efficient, effective reporting, drive KPI
• Good knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), IATF16949 and VDA6.3&6.5,• Knowledge of quality tools 8D, FMEA, MSA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, 5 Why , etc.• Knowledge in Environmental Sensors and Physics, Electronics, Mechanical Engineer or Software preferred• Good knowledge in project quality management.• Experience with customer quality, customer complaint.• Excellent knowledge of Chinese, spoken and written English and German would be an advantage.• Excellent team player with good communications skills for interfacing internally and externally.• Good Knowledge of XLS, PPT and other Microsoft tools.• Demonstrable ability to learn quickly• High motivation levels, self-responsibility & be able to work independently.• Support Management in other tasks as required.感兴趣的朋友，欢迎投递简历至aimee.hu@quality-in.com，或者扫码添加客服小Q的微信号：
