Baumer hhs honored as family-friendly company

Last week, Baumer hhs GmbH took 2nd place in the award for the most family-friendly companies in Krefeld. The Krefeld Network Economy and Family - consisting of responsible persons of the city of Krefeld, employment agency, Sparkasse Krefeld, Stadtwerke Krefeld, business development and others - awarded this year the most family-friendly companies of the city. The award criteria included work-life balance, parental leave, return to work, possibility of caring for relatives, flexibility, home office, job sharing, among others, in which Baumer hhs GmbH was able to convince supported by statements from its employess. 

Plant manager Dr. Frauke von Knoop accepted the award on behalf of the entire company. The prize money flows directly into further projects for the reconciliation of family and career and directly benefits the employees of Baumer hhs. We are very pleased about the recognition!
