The proven pressure measuring sensors of the 520 type series can also be used in railway applications. The compact transmitters are based on the thick-film technology developed by Huba Control and comply with the EN 61326-2-3 (shock and vibration resistance) and EN 50121-3-2 (electromagnetic compatibility) standards. This makes the robust pressure transmitters suitable for demanding applications in locomotives and wagons and can be used with liquids and gases, including all refrigerants and ammonia.
