Huba Control AG is aware that Wise Road Capital has been added to the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Entity List on December 2nd. As a company comprising separately incorporated legal entities, Huba Control is not subject to the Entity List prohibitions applicable to Wise Road Capital.

Committed to upholding the highest standards of compliance and integrity, Huba Control will not export, reexport, or transfer to Wise Road Capital any items subject to the Export Administration Regulations without prior licensing from the Department of Commerce.

Huba's business remains on providing innovative pressure and flow sensor solutions to our customers worldwide, while maintaining robust compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
